I’ve known Andrea for quite a few years now. I don’t know how many, but who’s counting? I speak to her on the phone every now and then and yet it’s still rather breathtaking when I hear her sing in these songs. She’s always been a very real and genuine friend to me; something rare in this world. But I’ve always sensed a hint of something even rarer and more magical still, yearning for expression.
